  LAILALaila started Lili of the Valley in 2004 and it has grown since then to be a well respected and much loved company in the UK crafting world. All the initial designs were Laila's and they soon became really popular... at UK Craft Shows, on Crafting TV and of course online.Laila now works with other artists to bring you a wide range of gorgeous designs, both for stamps and die cut designs. She still translates all the images into the black and white stamp designs, but the business of running Lili of the Valley now takes too long for her to design artwork too! Lili of the Valley Ltd popularity continues to grow as crafters from around the world discover the company's lovely designs.   LISALisa and Laila have been best friends since their University days and Lisa worked part time on LIli of the Valley since it's early days but finally joined Laila full time in 2006.With her background in public relations and marketing, it's her job to promote LOTV through the magazines and online and to make sure that all of you out there know what's going on here at LOTV! She helps ensure that everything runs smoothly and helps Laila with new launches and product development.  ANNEAnne ensures the office runs smoothly, ordering all the stamp stock and office supplies, booking the shows and dealing with all the accounts.She also co-ordinates the Ideas to Inspire Blog and works with the Design Team to make sure you always have plenty of inspiration to look at. A card maker herself, Anne is also a member of the DT and helps to answer customers card-making queries. Anne helps at the Open Days and at the Shows, and helps Laila and Lisa with all the artwork planning for new launches too - so she has a really varied job!  ERICAErica answers the telephone and deals with all your telephone orders and queries, as well as sorting out all the website orders with Lucy. She gets them ready for Richard and also sends them out when we're super busy or Richard is at shows.Some of you will have already met her as she helps customers who come into the showroom and gives a hand at LOTV open days and shows.  RICHRichard sends out all the orders, so when your envelope of LOTV goodies comes through the door it will have been packed by Richard!If you go to the UK shows, many of you will have also met him, as he attends all the shows for us throughout the year. He always likes to make the stand look really great with all the lovely card samples and he likes to have a laugh with all our customers! Richard is Laila's brother so he certainly knows all the products inside out.  LUCYLucy is Lisa's sister so it's definitely a family affair at LOTV! Lucy actually lives in Ipswich and through the marvels of remote technology, answers all our customer emails every day. She works with Erica making sure that everyone's queries are dealt with promptly and they are both brilliant at making sure all your emails are answered quickly and efficiently.Lucy also runs our ebay outlet store where we sell all our discontinued stock. Some of you will have met Lucy at the Shows too as she has been helping for years now!
