|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.|
We accept credit card and debit card payment. If you are shopping from overseas, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept most debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or Delta. All transactions are processed using a secure server. All prices are displayed in UK sterling and are inclusive of VAT at 20%.
Please note that once your order is complete, you cannot add to the order. When your order is being processed, if anything has gone out of stock or needs sending on to you, we will highlight this on your invoice and let you know. Usually any 'sent on' item will be despatched within 2 weeks of your initial order.
When confirmation of an order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Illustrations and descriptions of products are provided as a guide only. Actual products and colour may vary simply due to how images of the products are reproduced for the website.
All Lili of the Valley products are protected under Copyright. Each time you buy a Lili of the Valley product, you agree to adhere to our copyright and angel policy as follows: You are allowed to sell finished cards made using Lili of the Valley products, on a small scale, for personal profit or to raise funds for charities, schools and clubs. You are not permitted to reproduce or copy Lili of the Valley designs and products in any way, either manually or electronically. You are also not permitted to sell toppers or black and white or coloured handstamped images made with Lili of the Valley products, which have not been made into finished cards. All NitWit paper pads are included in our Angel Policy so you will not need a separate Angel Certificate from NitWits to sell cards and projects made with pads bought from us.
|Shipping And Handling We are currently offering free worldwide postage on any order placed, that doesn't contain our new Paper Pads. Therefore all orders which ONLY contain stamps, die cut designs, Mini Masterpieces and stamp pouches will not incur a shipping charge. There is no minimum order. Due to the weight of the new Paper Pads, a shipping surcharge will be applied FOR EACH PAD YOU ORDER. You can only order 6 pads per order in total.|

|Delivery Schedule Orders will be shipped within 7 working days of your order being placed. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class. UK customers should allow 10 working days for your order to arrive, overseas customers please allow 28 working days. If it hasn't come by this time, please do contact us. We cannot be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.|
|Back Orders If you have placed an order for something that has gone out of stock, we will indicate this on your order and let you know if we can send it on as soon as possible, or if we have refunded you.|
|Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.|

|Returns Policy If you are not completely satisfied with any of your products you can return them to us for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Simply give us a call on 0113 257 8778 or email us to let us know and send the goods back within 30 days. If you have received damaged goods or the incorrect items in your order, please let us know straight away and we will be happy to send you a replacement or the correct items. |
